Alpha Eagles committees are formed on a per-event basis, depending on the scope and requirements of each initiative. For every project, members may be grouped into functional committees such as:

• Program – responsible for content, flow, speakers, and overall experience
• Logistics – responsible for venue coordination, registration, on-ground execution, and technical needs
• Creatives – responsible for branding, publicity materials, visuals, and content support

This structure allows Alpha Eagles to work across different roles, build practical skills, and contribute meaningfully to each event—while learning through hands-on experience.
